Photos must be JPG, PNG or WebP and under 3 MB. Phone photos are often bigger: send it to yourself on WhatsApp first (which shrinks it) or use a free compressor, then upload again.

On your Dashboard, press Edit next to the page. On the left you can change:
The preview on the right updates as you go. Press Save changes; if the page is live, visitors see the new version straight away.
On Leads, use the status box on each row: Contacted, Won (add the amount if you like) or Lost. Won leads appear as customers on your dashboard and Performance page.
