DNS changes can take up to an hour (sometimes longer). Check that the CNAME for www points exactly to the address on Plan & billing, then press Check DNS. The padlock certificate is issued on the first visit once DNS is right. Still not working after a few hours? Raise a ticket in the Domain category.
Yearly Premium includes a .com or .in domain for the first year. Claim it on your Dashboard under Your free domain. We register it in your name, connect it to your page and email you when it's ready, usually within one working day.
Own domains come with Premium. On Plan & billing, enter your domain (for example www.yourbusiness.com), then in your domain provider's DNS settings add a CNAME record for www pointing to the address shown there. Press Check DNS; the secure padlock is set up automatically.
Your main website and email can stay where they are: you can use a subdomain like offers.yourbusiness.com.
