New-lead emails go to the email you log in with. Look in your Spam or Promotions folder and mark our email as "Not spam". Leads are always saved in Leads even if an email goes missing.
Follow-up emails are sent by your own email app (Brevo, MailerLite, Mailchimp or Kit). Connect it on the Dashboard and set up an automation there that emails each new contact. Every lead from your page joins it automatically.
Open Leads. Every form sent from your pages appears there with the name, phone, message, page and where the visitor came from. You also get an email for each new enquiry.
